1. Once you are comfortable with the process and are ready to place your order, a receipt will be sent to the email address you provided. Next you’ll be contact via email or by phone to begin the process of listing your home on the MLS. After the order is placed be on the look-out for your MLS Listing Agreements and listing instructions. Please double check your email inbox including your spam folder. If you are uncomfortable with the payment method online, please let us know, we can accommodate other methods of payment.
2. You will be sent the all of the listing documents for electronic signature for your convenience. We can recommend a professional photographer for you to schedule to take pictures of your home. Cost of pictures typically range around $225. Please remember that once you close, the $350 set up fee is returned to you to cover this cost and more. The pictures typically are available within 24 hours of your appointment. Once received, you can send the link to us and we will upload them to MLS and all syndicated sites for marketing.
3. Your listing with be processed within 24 to 48 hours upon completion of the simple MLS forms. You will be sent the MLS information for your approval before launch. Once approved your listing will be Activated on MLS and syndicated on all national and regional real estate sites. We also offer our clients a Scheduling Service that will offer control over the showings to fit their individual schedules.
